The USKFI held the first junior championships of the year this weekend in the Palmerstown Dojo. It started with a short course beforehand with Sensei Michael Sherlock and Sensei David Royle putting the competitiors through their paces.

 The competition was very well supported with over 120 competitors representing their clubs. There were some excellent performances on the day and some very promising juniors coming up the ranks. We look forward to the next Kata Championships coming up in March.
